If you’re looking for optimal health,
there comes a point when you just have to eliminate the types of foods that
wreak the most havoc in your body. Most of them could fall under these categories.
Anything that is:
- WHITE
- FIZZES
- GREASY
Foods that are white or fizz disrupt all
these body systems:
- Skeletal
- Nervous
- Glandular
- Digestive
- Respiratory
- Urinary
- All the senses of your body — touch, taste,
smell, sight, hearing as well as your emotions.
Greasy/slick foods wreak havoc with these
body systems:
- Cardiovascular
