Three Foods to Avoid at All Cost

If you’re looking for optimal health, there comes a point when you just have to eliminate the types of foods that wreak the most havoc in your body. Most of them could fall under these categories. Anything that is:

  • WHITE
  • FIZZES
  • GREASY

Foods that are white or fizz disrupt all these body systems:

  • Skeletal
  • Nervous
  • Glandular
  • Digestive
  • Respiratory
  • Urinary
  • All the senses of your body — touch, taste, smell, sight, hearing as well as your emotions.

Greasy/slick foods wreak havoc with these body systems:

  • Cardiovascular
  • Lymphatic
  • Reproductive
  • Muscular

If you are having trouble with any of your 10 systems that make up your wonderful body, then eliminate those corresponding categories of foods and just watch your affected areas make dramatic improvements. Remember what Dr. Wayne says about anything white: “If it’s not white, it’s not right!” Get away from:

  • Salt
  • Sugar (low in calcium)
  • Flour
  • Rice
  • Milk & all milk products.

It’s a shame for you not to be eating more, weighing less, sleeping better, being energized and feeling terrific, when people who follow the principles found at www.TheMangoManDiet.com are able to do just that, and do it so easily!
